In your role as Account Manager you are a key member of the account team and have a collective accountability for delivering high quality, appropriate and profitable digital solutions to clients’ challenges. You will report directly into the Client Account Director.

 

Overall Responsibility

Working closely with the Client Account Director, Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will manage a nominated set of clients, helping to define and deliver their digital strategy. You will be the main point of contact for the client and manage relationships within the team and process, ensuring effective communication at all times.
