‘The Science of Persuasion’ – Lab teams up with Sitecore for an eCommerce webinar
Last week Daryll Scott and Tom Head took part in the Sitecore webinar series ‘The Science of Persuasion.’ Lab took on the topic, From UX to EX: Using neuromarketing to put emotion at the heart of the brief and creating a remarkable shopping experience. This was a spin on our usual content to bring together a talk about how neuromarketing can have a huge effect on the shopping experience.
It was fantastic to be able to reach such a large audience. Thanks to living in a digital world, over 600 people signed up for the online event to hear some of our insights. Below is a copy of the slides from our presentation, just in case you missed it!
