‘Technology is ever more complex – but there is still always a human at the end of it’ - Tom Head, Sales & Marketing Director at Lab

Lab Directors Tom Head and Daryll Scott took to the stage at TFM (Technology for Marketing 2016) to deliver the keynote, Behaviour from UX to EX: Using Neuromarketing to put emotion at the heart of the brief.

The keynote involved takeaways about neuromarketing such as cognitive strain and how to position a product in a positive way through animation. As well as this, a live neuromarketing experiment took place using the technology shown below including face coding and eye tracking equipment but also a very willing audience member! Due to the different stimulus, it definitely caused some amusing reactions!
