Sage Pay were looking to refresh their digital presence and relaunch Sage Pay UK. The aim was to win back market share by increasing merchant applications, upping sales communications, reducing market share attrition rates and increasing knowledge of their products and services.
Together we decided to highlight Sage’s customer-focused approach as the focus of their brand refresh. We created a photography and videography campaign capturing real Sage Pay customers, reinforcing the key message of “Helping businesses grow faster”. The new Sage Pay site created an online boost for the brand with improved UX, and helped to regain market share.
The results after the first month of full data significantly exceeded all expectations. As well as an online boost for the brand, users were encouraged to spend longer on the site thanks to the improved user experience, conversion rate increased by over 90%, and there was a significant uplift in sales calls and online applications.
