Reinventing the rental market with Quintain Living

Driving UX and UI to provide a seamless customer experience.

THE CHALLENGE

As market leaders in a fast-paced and challenging London property market, Quintain Living leaned on Riverr, a long-term strategic partner, when they needed to pivot their product offering to reflect current market trends.

They required a full Salesforce and Pardot integration to allow a more flexible real estate booking and viewing customer experience, as well as making concessions for a new calculator using complex algorithms.

Flexibility for the user to make bookings was key, a benefit to not only the customer but also to aid in reducing strain on business via phone calls and freeing up leasing agents to focus on closing deals.

We drove the UX & UI to provide a seamless CX while using composable architecture to build more complex elements of the solution, such as the calculator, under its own dev stack and integrating it into the site.

THE IMPACT

Riverr played a central strategic role in the project, bringing in all the required skills to make each stage a success. A collaborative group approach across VERJ, Riverr and Reflect Digital.

Design, build and ongoing development driven by user research, market changes and the requirement for customers to self-serve drove a requirement to integrate the site with Salesforce fully. A further development was to enable the client to launch new buildings and apartments efficiently and effectively.

A seamless UI provided for a fully flexible booking experience for the user. We built out the online user journey to enable people to book a viewing and make reservations online in real-time as units became available whilst simultaneously checking leasing agent availability and populating their calendars.

This rapid and responsive model creates a better customer experience both online and offline, including the ability to change, reschedule and cancel appointments. Our technical solution provided a smooth customer experience on top of a very complex technology integration.

This followed on to feed their entire sales process, increasing the efficiency of contract processing for the business.
