The LAB Group's vision is to create a collection of independent agencies who share a purpose and ethos for the future of digital. We believe in the power of technology and human beings and that digital should liberate people to spend more time doing what they love.
With two agencies in the group and counting, we’re excited by the prospect of the first ever agency group built around blending digital and creativity with human behaviour. The Kent-based Reflect Digital is our very first acquisition; their 25 people add a number of complementary capabilities to the group’s offering, including SEO, PPC and analytics. We both work a 4-day workweek to enable our people to do more of that they love and supercharge their creativity, wellbeing and productivity levels.
This initiative is part of our ambition to bring together different marketing businesses in order to build scale and offer our clients a broader range of services. LAB Group agencies will all receive training in LAB’s unique methodology, which centres around human behaviour and consumer neuroscience.
The LAB Group covers consulting, digital strategy, development, delivery, design, branding, SEO, performance marketing and more, all powered by market-leading human insight.
