Streamlined multi-brand CMS migration drives 263% visibility growth
THE CHALLENGE
Knight Dragon are an international property developer focusing on the creation of urban developments that focus on cultural regeneration. Their flagship project is Greenwich Peninsula, but they are made up of multi-brands covering retail, hospitality outlets, and developments, all focusing on modern and urban living.
As they’ve grown, Knight Dragon has been managing multiple brand entities across a variety of CMS platforms with no consistency across brand, build, or technical architecture, making it extremely difficult for their internal team to manage.

THE IMPACT
To overcome the client’s challenge, we proposed bringing all four sites together under a single technical architecture. The headless approach, as opposed to a single monolithic platform, provides Knight Dragon with the flexibility they require to deliver a single long-term solution across brands.
A unique approach to the design of the sites, featuring reusable components styled according to each unique brand, provided a streamlined solution that provides consistency to the end user. In addition, this approach gave efficiencies in the backend build, creating simple management for the client and giving them more control, with a focus on a front-end reskin, allowing the brands to shine in their own light.

THE RESULTS
We delivered four new websites for Knight Dragon for their key brands: Greenwich Peninsula, Design District, Bureau Restaurant, and Canteen Food Hall.
The Knight Dragon team now benefits from an enhanced component librar,y giving them the ability to create and build new pages with ease and a single platform for managing content in one CMS.
